* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭,৯১৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৩,৭৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৭,৯১৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must has to be registered on e-GP Portal with a valid trade license, TIN certificate.
2. Tenderer only from Bangladesh can participate to the tender.
3. Tenderer must need to submit similar nature work certificate, annual construction turnover certificate and liquid assets certificate as stated in TDS.
4. Payment will be made after availability of fund.
5. Any individual Tender (s)/firm (s) who fulfill the qualification (s) criteria stipulated in the Standard Tender Document including Tender data sheet and PPR-2008 including all amendments.
6. Tenderer must need to submit line of credit certificate as prescribed format which is attached in the Section-7 of this tender document.
7. Work Completion certificate which is issued by the PE (Procuring Entity) only is considered for turnover calculation. Other work certificates are not being considered.
8. Tender evaluation will be conducted by the basis of uploaded documents of tenderer. Outside or offline documents will not be considered.
9. Task Force of BWDB or other third party appointed by Project Director will take Pre-work & Post-work of Earthwork. Work execution will be start after taking of Pre-work and Final Payment will be made according to Task Force of BWDB or other third party's final report.
10. Awarded tenderer must take videos and pictures of the khal’s pre condition and post condition and also at some stages of physical work instructed by Engineer in Charge at his own cost and submits them every time with bill documents.
11. Any other cost excluding “Earth Work by Mechanical Excavator (Long boom)” should be done by Contactor’s own cost.
