* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪০০,০০০ ~ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. Reputed Contractors / Construction Firms who have minimum 3 years of general experience in construction works.
2. Having Experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) similar work with amounting to Tk.4 lakh during last 3 (three) years in a single tender in Government /Semi -Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, years counting backward form the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over Tk.4lakh during the last 3 (three) years.
4. The Tenderers shall have minimum Liquid asset or working capital/credit facilities shall be Tk.2 lakh..credit commitment shouild be submitted.
5. The tenderer will have to submit the following papers/ document along with other relevant papers/documents.
(a)Up to date income tax clearance certificate .
(b)Up to date trade License and ABC/1st/2nd/.3rd class concerned licence copy .
(c)Valid VAT Registration certificate from the concerned office.
