* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৯,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৯,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

1. Similar nature of Goods (Supply of LED Lamp & Spare) : TK 75,00,000.00 in the last 03 years in a single work order
2. Average annual turn-over : TK 85,00,000.00 over Last 05 years
3. Liquid assets or working capital TK : 90,00,000.00 In case of Credit facilities, the certificate will be valid 29 days from the date of issue.
4. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this no claim will be entertained.
5. VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard
6. Security period will be 01 (One) Year.
7. The Contractor have to supply (for item no 1 &2) 5% lamps as an extra for security purpose. If the damaged quantity within the Security period does not exceed the extra amount; no additional QNTY will be demand in the time of security release. Security period will be 01 (One) Year.
8. All materials will be supply at a time. After supplying the lamps, One lamp from item no 1 and One lamp from item no1 & 2 will be send to KUET for Technical Specifications; Contractor will pay the Cost for Test. Lamps with Satisfactory test report will be accepted otherwise all supplied lamps should be Rejected.
9. The Tender proposal security will be in favor of Mayor, Khulna City Corporation.
