3. Tenderers must have liquid asset amounting TK 3.00 Lakh in the form of PG2-5.
4. Up to date Trade License
5. Up to date TIN Certificate
6. BIN/VAT Certificate
7. Sample must be approved by Procuring Entity before supply of goods.If price quotation
is inappropriate to the estimated rate, PE can take clarification from the tenderer.
