* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
General Information:
i). Contractors who are registered on the e-GP web portal and fulfill the qualification criteria stated in the Tender Document.
ii). Contractors who are qualified as per PPR-2008 and its amendments and any other government rules applicable.
iii). The work may be dropped, quantity may be increased/ decreased. No claim for cancellation or extra rate for increased/ decreased quantity will be entertained.
iv). Payment will be made only subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment due to delay of payment will be entertained.
Other Qualifications:
i). The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 years.
ii). The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology (i.e. Dismantling /Construction work)successfully completed within the last 5 years.
iii). The required average annual construction turnover shall have the last 05 years.
iv). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities issuing date must be 14 days before of tender submission date. In case of Credit Certificate issuing from the bank, specific Tender ID Number, package Number & Name of the work must be shown in the certificate along with document of credit facilities.
For line of Credit from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh all the bidders must submit an unconditional assurance certificate following the standard format (Form PW2a-3) without alteration. Form PW2a-3 has been attached in Section 7 (General Specification) or may download from CPTU website.
