দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৮০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number 8 (Eight) storied building with a basement in similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology whose value is at least of Tk.20 (Twenty) crore in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years.
In case of PWD certifying authority shall be concerned Executive Engineer & In case of work under organization other than PWD certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent and in case of district outside capital the same duly be verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD.
c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk.35.00 (Thirty Five )crore supported by payment/completion certificates of construction works.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 5(Five) crore, which should be submitted in prescribed form of CPTU. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication and submission date of the tender. Letter of commitment of Bank's undertaking for line of credit as per form PW3-7 of tender and contract forms section must be submitted .
e) The Tenderer should have-
i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate from concerned office. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate.
f) The Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC Electric License and Electric Supervisory License of his own.
g) It is to be noted that, tenders having quoted rate more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate will automitacally be rejected by e-GP system.&n
