প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All egp enlisted tenderer, who full fills the following requirements:
1) All Bangladeshi citizens, who have valid trade license, Up-to-date tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration certificate and not debarred ,not bankrupt.
2) A Tenderer may be a physical or juridical individual or body of individuals, or company, association.
3) The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract.
4) Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a consultant or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Procuring Entity to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the works to be performed under this Invitation for Tenders.
5) The Tenderer in its own name or its other names or also in the case of its Persons in different names, shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive, or obstructive practices as stated under ITT.
6) The Tenderer with a poor performance, consistent history of litigation or arbitration awards against it shall not be eligible to Tender.
7) The Tenderer shall not be insolvent.
8) For Line of Credit from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh, the standard format (Form PW2a-3) uploaded/ attached in section 7 (General Specification) for liquid asset must be followed for responsiveness.
9) The work may be decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for decreased or increased quantity of work.
