* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum [02(Two)] under maximum [03(Three)] contracts in the last [05(Five)] of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least [01(One)] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [03(Three)] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [60 (Sixty) Lakh].
(c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility shall be BDT 68 (Sixty Eight) Lakh only.
(d) Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with updated BIN number.
(e) Valid manufacturer authorization letter/Product sourcing certificate which are stated in Tender Document, must be submitted.
(f) Other eligibility criteria as mentioned in the TDS and other part in the Tender Document.
