* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,০৮৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,২৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,০৮৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Procurement entity reserves the right to except or reject in part or whole or all tender without explanation.
2. Minimum 05 years' experience in IT business as a registered company/ entity in Bangladesh. Should provide last 05 years Trade License
3. Should have at least 5 (Five) Work Order of supply Computer,Laptop and Accessories for Government/Autonomous/Defense or any public Sector and minimum project value of each work order should be at least 25 (Twenty) lac taka in public sector.
4. Must provide last three years’ Audit Report.
5. Must have minimum amount of liquid asset in form of credit line or working capital of BDT 12.5 (Fourteen) lac.
6. Annual turnover for a minimum of BDT 1,87,50,000/-Taka in last 3 years.
7. Bidder to certify himself that they are not blacklisted or debarred by any Govt. or defense organization within Bangladesh regarding participating in tender or not listed as a debarred in CPTU’s website.
8. Must have a valid up to date
(i) Trade License (2023-24);
(ii) Register of Joint stock Company (RJSC) Certificate (if applicable);
(iii) TIN Certificate of Tax year 2021-22 (Assessment Year 2022-23);
(iv) VAT Registration Certificate;
(v) Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate
9. Must have
(i) Manufacturer authorization certificate;
(ii) Manufacturing Factory address;
(iii)European Conformity(CE)/Federal Communications Commission (FCC)/Securities Industry Regulatory Authority (SIRA)/International Organization for Standardization (ISO) or equivalent certificate.
10. The bidder should be a member of Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS).
11. No Joint Venture is allowed.
12. All Product must be installed by bidder with necessary accessories.
