* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫০০,০০০ ~ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience in supply of goods shall be (5) five years.
b) The Tenderer must have minimum Specific Experience of Similar nature Manufacturing and Supplying of New furniture at least in 01 (One ) Contract successfully complete in a single Work Order within the last 05 (Five) Years amounting of Tk. 3.50 Lakh in any Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
c) Required Liquid assets or Working capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK. 4.50 Lakh. Date will be counted between the date of publication of Tender notice & date of Tender submission. Liquid asset certificate must be submitted from schedule bank as per CPTU prescribed form. Certificate containing multiple Tender ID will be not acceptable & Bank statement will not be allowed.
d) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
e) The tenderer must have to submit up to date valid trade license, VAT-Registration certificate & Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
f) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
NB: In the Notice No-48 of the Financial Year 2023-2024 No More than 01 Nos Package will be Awarded Among the 11 Nos IDs.
