1. Update and Valid Trade license (Trade Licence and Business Type must be furniture Manufacturer);
2. Value Added Tax (VAT)/BIN Registration Certificate;
3. TIN Certificate with Update Tax Payer Certificate;
4. General experience of Supply (According to TDS);
5. Relevant/Similar & Specific Experience of Supply (According to TDS),
5. Sufficient liquid assets/financial solvency Certificate/credit line facilities (use CPTU prescribed format) and
7. Only Furniture Manufacturers are eligible to participate in this tender. Secound Party/Third Party Authorization is not accepatable.
8. Tenderer will have to submit a sample of all items According to offered Brand, Make, Model, Country of Origin and Specification which are mentioned in the Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specification part by Tenderer within 03 (Three) days of Tender Opening and the Quality of Supplied sample will be considered in the Tender Evaluation. If any Tenderer does not submit the sample by the mentioned time, respective Tenderer may consider non-responsive.
9. FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certificate.
10. Tenderer must submit specific Design in 3D and in Drawing format of all products in official pad.
11. Certificate of incorporation.
12. IRC (Import Registration Certificate).
13. The Tenderer must have to provide Update Certificate of ISO 9001-2015 as Furniture manufacture.
