* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Up to date Trade License, Tax clearance certificate, NID, VAT & TIN certificate .
b) Up to date ABC License & Electrical Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board.
c) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk.80.00 Lakh for Supplying & Installation of 400-KVA Electrical Sub-Station and 5KWp Solar System Works under a Single contract over a period of Last 5 years shall be required. ( any Government/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies.)
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 80.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
e) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Installation of electrical equipment works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
f) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Installation of 400-KVA Electrical Sub-Station Works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
g) Manufacturing Authorization of sub-station equipment and solar system should be submitted along with the tender.
h) Bill will be paid in accordance with fund availability..
i) The Authority reserves the right to suspend/cancel any tender. In this case, no claim will be accepted.
j) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
