* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction Works shall be 3(Three) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience in construction work of at least 01(One) contract of the same nature and complexity of work successfully completed within the last 03(Three) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a value of at least Tk 1,80,000.00 (Tk One Lakh Eighty Thousand).
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2,00,000.00 (Tk Two Lakh) over the best 3 years in the last 5(Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 3,00,000.00 (Tk Three Lakh).
(e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2,20,000.00 ( Tk Two Lakh Twenty Thousand).
(f) The Tenderer must have to enclose up to date Trade License, Income Tax certificate & Valid VAT documents.
(g) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board
(h) All other conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of the e-tender document must be fulfilled.
