প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (three) years.
2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of Tk 9.00 (Nine point zero zero) Lac. in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 3 (three) years. Contract for providing Service will be treated as similar nature.
4.The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 4.80(four point eight zero) lac .in the last 5 (five) years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e credit line(s) as per Form ePW2(a)-3 of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 8.00 (eight point zero zero) lac.
6. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 13.00 lac.
7.The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
i) Valid Trade License
ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
iv) Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Turnover.
