প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract.
2. The number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier may be 5 (Five) years.
3. Tenderer has to have up to date Income tax clearance certificate, Trade license, VAT certificate, Bank solvency certificate.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT. 5.00 (Five) Lac Only.
5. The tenderer should have a Chemical supplying experience of BDT. 4.00 (Four) Lac Only.
6. The tenderer should have Chemical supply and carrying licence.
7. Tenderer should submit end user certificate & product safety data.
8. Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in TDS & PCC of tender documents.
