* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪৫৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৩৬০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Eligibility of Tenderer:
1. Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP system under CPTU with valid trade license, TIN and Vat certificate.
2. Tenderer should fulfill all the criteria's which are stated in TDS.
3. Tenderers only from Bangladesh can participate in the tender.
4. Payment will be made subject to budget allocation & availability of funds but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.
5. Tender evaluation will be conducted on the basis of uploaded documents of the tenderer. Outside or offline documents will not be considered.
6. The work may be totally dropped, decreased, or increased.
7. The work order will be issued after approval from the Competent Authority.
8. According to PPA 2006 Act 7(3) (Amendment) The Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10%(ten percent) above or less than 10%(ten percent) less of the official estimated cost will be rejected.
9. All other eligible criteria are stated in ITT Sub Section No.5
Special Instructions to Tenderer:
1. Special Particular Conditions of Contract to the Tenderer are stated as an attachment in section-8(Particular Specification) which is a part of this tender.
2. The Contract is not subject to price adjustment.
