প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature Construction Works at educational institutions and successfully completed within the last (02) Two years in a single work order.
b) The required average annual construction turnover must be Tk.15.00 Lakh or more during the last (05) Five years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)
c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 2.5 Lakh only. If the Tenderer successful in more than one Lot/ID (in same Notice that published in Newspaper), should satisfy the Liquid Asset Criteria in multiple of minimum amount [i.e Liquid Asset Amount should be ≥No. of Lots x Minimum Amount of Liquid Asset]; Otherwise the Tenderer shall be disqualified for multiple Lots.
d) The tenderer must have to submit up to date valid trade license, VAT-Registration certificate & Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
e) According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
