প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the Furniture Supplying as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor at least 01 contract of Furniture Supplying works successfully completed within the last Five (05) years with a value of at least Tk. Twenty Seven (27.00) Lac in a single tender in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender]
3. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. Twenty Five (25.00) Lac.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines [must be unconditional and given by the proper format (Form PW3-7)] of the Tenderer shall be Tk. Thirty Two (32.00) Lac. Not before Tender publication date.
5. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
6. The Quoted rate Must be similar/relevantwith estimate cost. If Quoted rates are excessive above/less than the estimated cost then the tenderer must submit detail analysis rate with measurement as per design and accordance with the market price of his quoted rate. Otherwise the tenderer will be Non-responsive according to PPR-2008 Rule 98(23).
