প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction work of at least One (01) contract (s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk.17.00 lacs in Govt/ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh in a single structure.
B) Enlisted A1 category Contractors/Firms of Education Engineering Department are eligible.
C) Tenderer who posed i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date income Tex certificate ii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iv) NID cr.
D) Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 9.00 lac. Incase of Bank Statment deposit must remain 02 (Two) consecutive working days (from date of publication to submission date). Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form Form PG2-5 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset. in this department in time i;e work in hand after passing due times, is requested to not participate in this tender.
