* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮০০,০০০ ~ ২,৪০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This Invitation for Tender is Open to all Qualified Tenderers as Mentioned Below:
(A) The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of The Tenderer in Supply of Goods of Similar Items Shall be 5 years.
(B) (i) The Minimum Specific Experience as a Tenderer in Successfully Supplying of Similar Goods or Related Services Appraised not Less than Tk. 8.50 lakh, at least a Single Contract in Government/ Semi government/Autonomous/Private Organization of Bangladesh During last 5 years.
(ii) In Case of Supplying Goods or Related Services Under PWD The Certifying and Authenticating Authority Should be the Concerned Executive Engineer.
(iii) In Case of Successfully Supplying Goods or Related Services Under any Government/Semi government/ Autonomous/Private Organization other than PWD The Certifying Authority Shall be an Officer not Below The Rank of Executive Engineer and The Same Duly Verified by the Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that District Under Whose Jurisdiction The Work has been Done.
(C) The Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/Cash flow capacity/Credit facilities/Credit Line Tk.10.00 Lakh Only and Must be Certified Within 28 Days up to The Last Date of Lodgment of The Tender.
(D) The Tender Must Possess:
(i) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
(iii) Up to date Trade License.
(E) Other Notable Terms are Pointed out at TDS,PCC,ITT and GCC Which Strictly Should be Followed.
