2.Tenderer should fulfill all the criteria's which are stated in TDS.
3.Payment will be made subject to budget allocation & availability of funds but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.
4.Tender evaluation will be conducted on the basis of uploaded documents of the tenderer. Outside or offline documents will not be considered.
5.The work may be totally dropped, decreased, or increased.
6.The work order will be issued after approval from the Competent Authority.
7.TheTenderer quoted rate more then 10% above or 10% Less will be considered as non responsieve.
