* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Eligibility of Tenderers in respect of legal, technical and financial capacity stated
in tender data sheet (TDS).
2. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shal be evaluated in the e-GP system with
the help of online database system – TDMS.
3. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates,
on-going woks list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list
(own or rented), personnel list etc. of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders
must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders
digita ly within short period of time.
4. TDMS (Tenderers Database Management System) of RHD is Mandatory for each
tenderer. Otherwise the tenderer wil be considered as Non-responsive.
5. Only ongoing work during the IFT Publication wil be considered as ongoing
work. Otherwise the work wil not be considered as ongoing work and it is
required to upload the contract agreement or Notice to Commence. NOA& Money
Receipt wil not be considered as ongoing work. In case of extended time, related
documents shal be uploaded.
6. Up to date Terms & Condition as stated in PPR 2008 and PPR 2006 wil be
folowed.
NB: 1. The Tenderer shal maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding
the tender.
2. If corrupt, fraudulent, colusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind is
determined against any Tenderer, then measures shal be taken as per ITT clause 3
of Standard Tender Document.
