* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৯,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. The intending tenderers must enclose VAT Registration certificate, up to date Income Tax clearance certificate, up-to-date Trade License.
b. Gas pipeline construction contractors who are enlisted in Jalalabad Gas Transmission & Distribution System Ltd and having 1.3 category license.
c. Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have specific experience in successful completion of Gas pipeline construction work with a value of at least Tk. 20.00 Lac in a single contract/tender in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years.
d. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form) of Tk. 20.00 Lac. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
e. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 24.00 Lac. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
f. The tender capacity is Tk 23.50 Lac. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments)
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
