* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Valid Trade License Certificate (2023-2024).
2) Acknowledgement receipt/Certificate of return of income Year 2023-2024.
3) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (BIN 13 digit).
4) Joint venture, Consortium Association (JVCA) is not eligible.
5) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years.
6) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least single contract of Tk. 5.50 lac successfully completed under government/semi government/autonomous body within the last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.  
7) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.15 lac best 3 years in the last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in thee-GP.  
8) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 8 lac. This certificate must be issued after publication of IFT in thee-GP.
9) Tenders having quoted the tender price more then 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
10) Others qualification criteria stated in TDS.
