The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents:
1. Valid Trade License for 2023-2024
2. Update VAT Registration Certificate/BIN
3. Update IT Return Acknowledgement Certificate
4.The tenderer shall have 05 years general experience of Goods (Plant machinery and Equipments) counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in newspaper.
5. The minimum specific experience of tenderer in the field of supply of spare parts and chemicals with fitting-fixing and overhauling of Coal fired boiler at least 01 contract successfully completed as prime contractor in Govt. /Semi Govt./Autonomous/Any first class private organization within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least 10 Lakh TK. But the experience certificate in Govt. /Semi Govt./Autonomous organization will be given preference.
