প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime
Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor in
successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of similar work of Tk 1.40 (One point Four Zero) crore
in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last
5 (Five) years.
4. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial
years of Tk. 1.70 (One point Seven Zero) crore Payment Certificates shall be submitted by the bidder.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in ePW2a-3 shall be Tk 1.70
(One point Seven Zero) crore.
6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 1.40 (One point Four Zero) crore.
7. The tender must possess:
(i) TIN Certificate
(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(iii) Up-to-date trade license.
(iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board,
Government of Bangladesh.
(v) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
(vi) Other Documents as Per TDS.
