প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. (a) Tenderer must go through TDS, PCC & Section 06 of the “Document” Tab & submit relevant Documents accordingly. (b)The number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be at least 10(ten) years.(c) Having Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of site development work of minimum Tk.35.00 (thirty five)lac in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years years will be counted backward from the date of
publication of IFT in the newspaper. (d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(five) years of Tk.236.00(two hundred thirty eight) lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. e) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk.40.00 lac in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PW 2a-7) in Original form, which must be unconditional.(f) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum Tk.47.00 (forty seven) lac. (g)The Tenderer must enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License ). (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Time Bound work plan in Bar Chart.(v) Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
