Special clause for LIPW for LGCRRP:
01. Contractor has to create employment opportunities for semi-skilled and unskilled poor daily laborers living in the ULGIs, or those who have migrated from villages in search of better livelihoods, but do not have much scope of regular, certain, and secured jobs considering Guidelines for Labor Intensive Public Works for LGCRRP as identified schemes for fulfil the objective of LIPW for LGCRRP. For compliance of LIPW a format of declaration is attached in the Particular specification (Attachment -01). &
2. Winning tenderer will follow the Guidelines for Labor Intensive Public Works for LGCRRP as according identified schemes during the implementation of the works.
