প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer shall have current enlistment certificate of civil construction from Govt./SemiGovt./Autonomous Organization.
2. The Tenderer shall have satisfactory completion certificates of similar works (Civil construction works/ Site development works) of at least Tk. 1800000 (Eighteen lac) under single (01) contract over a period of last 05 (five) years.
3. The required average annual construction Turnover greater than Tk.39,00,000 (Thirty Nine Lac) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years or over the best 05 (five) years in the last 10 (ten) years.
4.The minimum amount of credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 14,00,000 ( Fourteen Lac) only issued by the bank not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of e- Tender. The credit commitment issued by certain banks must strictly follow the e-GP guidelines of “Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit(Form PW2a-3)” of Standard Tender Document uploaded on e-GP. Other formats shall not be accepted.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 26,50,000 (Twenty six lac and Fifty thousand) only.
