1. The Tenderer should submit the certificate of followings:
a) Up to date VAT registration
b) Up to date income Tax Certificate.
c) Up to date Trade License
d) Nationality Certificate.
e) Authorization letter
2. A Satisfactory completion of Similar type of supply experience at least TK. 17.0 Lac only under single contract over a period of last 5 (Five) years at any Government Department shall be required.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Supply of similar Goods means supply of spare parts of ferry.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK. 19.0 Lac only.
4. The Tenderer shall have evidence of minimum o5 (five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services and in its supporting necessary work completion certificate must be submitted with the tender.
5. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according to the recommendation of TEC.
6.Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
7.The Tender ID and the name of work must be mentioned in Authorized letter.
