* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫০০,০০০ ~ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer must have the following Information:
(a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be five(5) years.
(b)The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least two(2) contract(s) successfully completed within the last three(3)years, each with a value of at least Tk. 06 (Six) Lakh.
(c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10( ten) Lakh over the last five(5) years.
(d)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4 (four) lakh.
(e) Up to date ABC Contractor's License from Electrical Licensing Board.
(f) Up to date ABC Supervisor's License from Electrical Licensing Board.
(g) Tenderer must have own registered workshop with necessary equipments and machineries needed inside workshop to complete the work.
(h)Tenderer must have skilled manpower i.e. VFD expert, site engineer, supervisor & technician in the maintenance team
(I) All other terms & conditions stated in TDS and PCC.
