* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:
The Tenderer must have at least 01 (one) successful completion experience of similar works amount not less than Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) lac during last 05 (Five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The supply completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concern department/organization.
The required minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk. 110.00 (One Hundred Ten) lac over the last 05 (five) years (best 03 years of last 05 years). All works completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
The required minimum amount of liquid asset Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lac in the prescribed format..
The required minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 22.00 (Twenty Two) lac .
The required minimum amount of Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
Up-to-date i) trade license, ii) Income Tax clearance certificate,iii) VAT registration certificate, iv) Valid ABC category Electrical contructors and v) Supervisory (ABC) license from electrical licensing board, Government of Bangladesh shall be submitted.
The agency certificate appointment by the princle proposed aircooler must be submitted.
Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2008 and its amendment.
