প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction work of at least One (01) contract (s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk.5.00 lacs in Govt/ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh in a single structure.
B) Enlisted A1/A2 category Contractors/Firms of Education Engineering Department are eligible.
C) Tenderer who posed i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date income Tex certificate ii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iv) NID cr.
D) The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets for Tk: 5.00 Lac for each lot Supported by a balance sheet .(The Liquid Assets must be within the period of invitation of tender and submission of tender)
E) The Contractor or Firms who have failed to complete their previous work in this department in time i;e work in hand after passing due times, is requested to not participate in this tender.
