দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৯,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract(s) of similar nature (Bituminous Carpeting Road With RCC Drain), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years, each with a value of at least BDT. 68.00 (sixty eight ) Lakh Only.
(b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT. 163.00 (One hundred sixty three ) Lakh Only. over the last 3 (Three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (Only payment certificate shall be acceptable for turn over calculation.)
(c) The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT. 79.00 (seventy nine)  Lakh Only.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 28.00 (Twenty eight) Lakh Only. In case of liquid assets, statement (print) of bank accounts of the bidder issued within 1 month before bid submission deadline; in case of working capital, the last year audited balance sheet of the bidder; in case of credit facilities, the certificate issued by the schedule bank according to CPTU prescribed form referencing to this Package No: LGCRRP/Tangail/2023-24/W-12.
(e) Special clause for LIPW: Winning Tenderer will follow the Guidelines (English and Bangla) for Labor Intensive Public Works for LGCRRP as according identified schemes during the implementation of the works (Guidelines to be attached in the Particular specifications, Section-8 of egp STD PW3-D)
