* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant : 
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 100% of offered value. Liquid asset must be in the form of bank statement from any scheduled bank mentioning the tender ID and name of the work.
Tenderer have to submit the following Documents otherwise will be Disqualified:
a) Valid e-Tin Certificate, Latest Income Tax Return Certificate, Vat Certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, ABC License.
b) Tenderer must have submit at least 02 (two) satisfactory completion of similarsimilar works experience of supplying electrical and/or I&C consumable goods a minimum amount of Tk. 5,00,000/- (Five lac) each in a single Contract in any Government /Semi-government/ Autonomous Organization within the last 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
c) Tenderer will have to submit declaration that the goods are new, unused and genuine in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.
d) Tenderer must submit a warranty certificate of 12 Months.
e) The completed Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods and related services (Form e- PG3-3A and 3B) as furnished in Section 5: e-Tender Forms as stated under ITT Clauses 10.1(b);
f) The completed Technical specification and compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG3-4) as furnished in Section 5: e-Tender Forms as stated under ITT clause 10.1(d);
