This Invitation for Tenders is open to all potential Tenderers from all countries, except for any specified in the TDS.
1. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
(i) Valid Trade License.
(ii) Vat Registration.
(iii) TIN Number.
(iv) Nationality Certificate.
(v) Business Address.
vi) Tenderer must be submitted Update Chattogram City Corporation contractor registration certificate.
vii) Tenderer must be submitted Internet provider authorization letter.
viii) enclosed experience certificate for respective work at Chattogram City Corporation.
2.Tenderer must submit their BOQ within the limit of 10.000%. If any tenderer submit 10.000% up or less than the tenderer will be selected as non-responsive by the order of Gazette, August 2016.
