The minimum specific experience at least One contract successfully completed within the last 03(three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 5.00 Lac in any Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. (Copy of Work Order and Work Completion Certificate must be included)
Aunnal AvarageTurnover Reauired 10 lakh in last 3 years. ( total = 10 lakh x 3 year = 30 lakh)
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK. 5.00 lac. Credit Facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PG2-5 mentioning the name of single work i.e single tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank Solvency/ Bank Statement Certificate will not be allowed as liquid asset as per govt. rule.
If the Tenderer quoted price is excessively less than the estimated price, than the Tenderer will be technically non-responsive and TEC committee decission is final in this regards.
Which contractor has past performance is not satisfactory will be directly Non-Responsive.
