প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01. The Tenderer must have completion of Similar Nature of Work at least Tk. 35.00 lac under a single contract over a period of 3(three) years shall be required (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 75.00 lac over the last five (5) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System). Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise Payment Certificate from the respective PE Office.
03. Liquid asset should be tk. 20.00 lac and should sustain in his account for last 3-month before the tender publishment date. In case of submitting credit facility it should be collected on a date after tender publishing date against the work with tender ID with the same amount.
04. The tenderer must be submitted Turn-Over, Tender Capacity and On-going work Calculation sheet (Both hard copy and Excel sheet soft copy as per attached format in section 8, Particular Specifications).
05. Tender submission, evaluation criteria etc. have been described in details in TDS.
