07. Certificate of the minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit
facilities of the Tendered shall be Tk.3.50 [three lac fifty thousand)
08. According to the clause 31 (3) of PPA-2006 the tendered quoted price of 10 percent above or
below ofthe official estimate will be consider as non-responsive bidder.
