দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Local manufacturer who have industrial license, environmental clearance certificate from the Directorate of Environment (DoE), Five years over all production and three years specific experience for the supply of uPVC pipe and fittings in Govt. or Semi Govt./Autonomous organization.
2) Factory test report have to be submitted with the supplied goods.
3) Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item (i.e. 1m uPVC pipe, T-joint 1 piece, air vent pipe -1 piece (3.3 meter), End cap 1 piece) in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of the depositing shall have to be attached with the Tender document
4) Tenderer who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, other conditions of the tender documents and having updated valid trade license, VAT, TIN etc.
5) The Tenderer shall have experience for supply of 250 mm dia uPVC pipe and moulded fittings successfully completed over the last 5 years in maximum 01 (One) contacts amounting Tk 3.70 crore (Three point seven crore) in Govt or Semi Govt/Autonomous organization.( The work certificate must be approved by the concerned PE through E-GP.)
6) Production capacity with detailed analysis has to be submitted with the tender documents. Considering the production capacity, TEC will determine the number of lots which would be awarded to the bidder if more than one lots become responsive and evaluated lowest.
7) The manufacturer shall have 10 years overall production and 5 years specific experience for production of the Similar goods.
***All other terms and conditions as mentioned in the tender document (Section 2 & 4) should be fulfilled by tenderer.
