প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Notice
a) To submit e-Tender renewed updated enlistment category contractor who are registered in the National e-GP System portal and (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible.
b) Liquid Asset is 06.00 Lakh (The liquid asset certificate issued before IFT publication date will not be considered for evaluation).
c) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of Building Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years (FY 2019-2020 to FY 2023-2024), in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk. 05.20 Lakh.
d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 29.00 Lakh within the last (05) Five years (FY 2019-2020 to FY 2023-2024), years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
(e) The minimum capacity shall be tk. 06.00 Lakh.
f) Tender security/Performance Security will be submitted through bank draft or pay order from any schedule bank of Bangladesh.
g) Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate and NID.
h) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be
deposited online through any registered Bank's Branched up to 16:00 on 05/05/2024.
i) Any alteration, modification or cancellation of e-tender, no extra claim will be entitled.
j) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
k) The default Contractors of HED, H.Q or HED Faridpur Division those are not able to complete the work FY: 2022-2023 Repair & Maintenance GOB & OP (Revenue and OP Development) will not allow participating in tender process.
