* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৬০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৬০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed Manufacturer who have internationally accredited testing laboratory.
b) Tenderer’s having experience in successful completion of supplying and testing of Sub-station and related accessories with a value of at least Tk. 485.00 Lac ( BDT Four Hundred and Eighty Five Lac only) through a single contract during the last 10 (Ten) years in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
c) Certificate of authentication in respect of the Sub-station and related work shall have to be furnished by the tenderer along with tender documents. The certificate shall be signed by the CEO or equivalent officer of the Manufacturer.
d) The tenderer shall have 05 (Five) years of experience in installation of electrical Sub-station where at least 01 (one) Sub-station with the capacity of 1000kVA Dry Type Transformer showing original work order with satisfactory completion certificate of the completed work from the rank of at least Executive Engineer/Equivalent officers.
e) Tenderer’s have qualified and experienced Technical Personnel of electrical and mechanical engineering.
f) The tenderer shall submit updated income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Up-to date trade license, ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tender as stipulated in the Tender Document.
