দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,১০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,৩০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,১০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(A) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1) Valid Trade Licence, TIN number, VAT Registration, Nationality (NID) & Business address, Declaration about legal capacity to enter in to the contract.
2) Work plan, Statement of work method, Equipment & Personnel.
(B) Special Instruction:
1) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.
2) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
3) Continuation of work could not be hampered by the bidder showing the cause of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time.
4) If the Tenderer(s) submit(s) any false/incorrect/forged certificate or try to hide ongoing work/commitment Purposefully, the tender will be outright rejected and action as per PPR-2008 will be initiated.
5) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
6) Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the specific form (Form PW2a-3) (Enclose in General Specification). Otherwise Tender will be non-responsive.
7) Latest circular of CPTU and CPC of BWDB shall be implied.
8) The work has fund allocation in 2023-24 FY under Sylhet O&M Division, BWDB's O&M Budget. If the contractor fail to complete the work in time, BWDB would not be liable to allocate fund in next years
