প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Small Piped Water Supply Schemes will be implemented by the selection of DBO (Design-Build-Operate) Firm/ Contractor.'
Eligibility criteria for the selection of DBO contractors:
a) Construction CompanylNlGO/Social Enterprise/Joint Venture of Construction'Company with Social Enterprise /NGOs.
b) Must have specific experience in the construction of Tube welU Production well/ Overhead Water Tank (OHTy Water Treatment PlantlPiped Water Supply Scheme.
c) Must have experience in operation & maintenance of water infrastructures/ piped water supply schemes.
d) Financial solvency to invest in capital expenditure or operational expenditure.
The contract awarded DBO Firm/Contractor will be fully responsible for ensuring sustainable Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for initial 05 (Iive) years after successful completion of the scheme. For this purpose' a tripartite contract agreement has to be furnished along with submission of a security bond amounting to 05o/o of the contract value of the scheme in the form of a Pay Order/ Bank Guarantee in favor of the relevant Executive Engineer before submission of the final bill which will be released after successful Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of the initial 05 (five) years.
lt is mandatory for all interested bidders/ Representatives along with JV partners/ Representatives to participate in the Pre-tender meeting through the e-GP system to have a better understanding of the implementation modality of the scheme.
