প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) i) The minimum specific experience of Similar nature of Interior decoration Works Tk. 10.00 lakh (Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh) in a Single work/supply order in the last 05 (Five) years form the date of publication of IFT.(completion certificate must be submitted)
ii) The minimum specific experience of Similar nature of Electrical Goods supply Works Tk. 3.50 lakh (Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh) in a Single work/supply order in the last 05 (Five) years form the date of publication of IFT. (completion certificate must be submitted)
b) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets (Form PG2-5) i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 12.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
c) Contractors who are submit bids at abnormally higher/lower than the official estimated cost will not be acceptable without satisfactory explanation and rate analysis.(Must be submit Details rate analysis PWD Standard Format)
d) According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
e) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
