* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar nature Goods and related services shall be: At least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years with a value of at least BDT 9, 00,000.00 (Nine lakh) only. Similar Experience Certificate from Private Institution are not acceptable.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility shall be BDT 9, 00,000.00 (Nine lakh) only.
(d) Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
(e) Other eligibility criteria as mentioned in the TDS and other part of the Tender Document.
(f) ISO Approved, Manufacturing Authorizing letter, Manual book and web link must be Submitted for specific Goods.
(g) Bidders must accurately and precisely type the brand, model, country of origin and complete technical details, not to specify like “as per schedule”, “As per mapped copy”, “Attached brochure” or similar words otherwise the tender will be considered as technically Non-Responsive for the dilemmas.
