প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
As per TDS and
1. Tenderer Must submit Written confirmation authorizing the signatory (Authorization Letter) of the Tender at his/her own firm's pad mentioning tender ID, work's name.
2. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutinizing of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
3. Only copy of Completion Certificate of works supported by work order and payment certificate will be considered for evaluation.
4. For submission of any false/fake certificate, he/his firm may be penalized according to PPA & PPR-2008 Rule-127(1,2,3).
5. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
6. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
7. Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED and other Departments without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate in this e-Tender.
(N.B: In case of abnormal less or above in quoted price explanation report must be submitted through clarification during evaluation as per requirement of TEC. If explanation report is not submitted properly by tenderer or explanation report is not acceptable to TEC, then tenderer will be consider as non-responsive.Also tenderer working capacity or running work will be consider during evaluation stage as per direction of PM office & CPTU, GOB.As per PPA-2006, PPR-2008 and instructions of CPTU in case of Joint Venture No limited Company(To form JVCA) is allowed in this Tender).
