The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least single number contract of civil nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk. Seven Crore(7,00,00,000) only.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk Fifteen Crore (15,00,00,000) only over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. Five Crore (5,00,00,000) only
The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. Eight Crore (8,00,00,000) only.
In addition to these the contractor has to comply by the required experience/document stated in TDS, PCC and Tender Forms.
