* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
(a) The minimum number of years of general electrical experience of the Tenderer in the supply of goods shall be 05(Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 50.00 Lakh.
(c) The Tenderer must posses: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate (iii) Valid e-BIN registration Certificate (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Electrical Contractory & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board
d) Rule 27(2) of PPR/2008 will be applied in case of front loading
e) Manufacturing authorization and Technical proposal issued for CCTV systems by the manufacturing company, duly sealed and signed by the bidder with catalogue/ brochures of proposed items mentioning brand and country of origin.
f) CE / UL Certificates for CCTV system equipment
g) Replacement warranty certificate must be minimum 1.50 years from the date of functioning for CCTV and Monitor. A complete statement is taken from selling agency. Without finding the documents, the bidder will consider as Non-responsive.
h) The minimum amount of liquid assets is Tk. 50 Lakh.
i) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT,GCC& Tender Data Sheet(TDS), Tender Documents, and particular sections.
