7.A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 10.50 Lac under 1 of contract(s) over a period of 3 years shall be required.
8.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 15.00 Lac over the last 5 years.
9.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12.00 Lac
